PacWest is shaping up this summer!

Come one, come all! Email or post your personal fitness goal (to Beverly Slabosky) and where you are starting from. The goal(s) should be achievable within a 102 week time frame (3 months). We will have a weekly check-in starting July 23rd. We have started a board in the office. We will post weekly updates! First one to reach their goal gets a prize TBD. Everyone that reaches their goal will also get a prize. I challenge you to beat your co-workers!
